Pricing direction

Simple enough to understand before a sales call.

The product is in early access and final pricing is still being validated with operators. These are the two models under consideration—not a published offer yet.

Planned
Working model A

Flat monthly

$99/ month

A predictable software cost for operators who want to keep every booking dollar.

  • Operator workspace and team access
  • Direct booking widget
  • Inventory, reservations, and guest records
  • Payment and operational reporting
Create an early-access workspace
Working model B

Pay with bookings

2%per booking

A lower fixed commitment for seasonal or growing operations, with software cost tied to success.

  • The same core product access
  • No feature downgrade for seasonal operators
  • Transparent fee before activation
  • Payment processing priced separately by the provider
Create an early-access workspace
Not yet a commercial offer.

Final price, taxes, payment-processing costs, included limits, and regional availability will be published before paid activation. No card is collected when creating an early-access workspace.

The principle

Core booking operations should not be a maze of paid unlocks.

Advanced distribution and specialized workflows may be separate later. The direct-booking core should remain coherent.

01

Publish the price

Operators should know the commercial model before implementation starts.

02

Keep the core whole

Inventory, booking, payment state, and guest confirmation belong together.

03

Earn advanced breadth

Channel management and ecosystem features follow proven direct-booking demand.

Pricing questions

What early access means.

Can I take live bookings today?

Not yet. Workspace creation plus local catalog, inventory, and booking-flow foundations work today. Production checkout, provider-backed payments, and remote delivery remain gated.

Will creating a workspace start billing?

No. The current signup creates an operator workspace and does not collect payment details.

Why show pricing before it is final?

Pricing transparency is part of the product direction. Publishing the working models also makes operator feedback more concrete.

Will payment processing be included?

Payment providers charge processing fees separately. Xendit is the planned first integration for Indonesian pilot operators, but merchant approval, available methods, and final terms will be confirmed before activation.
